Let me introduce myself! My name is Taylor Lane, and I’m a CanFitPro certified personal trainer and ISSA certified nutritionist with several years of experience in the fitness industry. I have over a year of hands-on experience working with clients of all fitness levels in and out of the gym.

I’ve been on my own fitness journey for over five years, and have learned so much along the way—especially the things I wish I had known when I was just starting out. That experience is what motivates me to help other women feel confident, supported, and guided from the very beginning, while avoiding the mistakes I made early in my journey.

My coaching is about more than workouts and diets, I focus on building healthy habits, creating sustainable lifestyle changes, and developing a positive mindset so you can grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.
